Thank you for your great review of the Sunbounce, 'though I was initially extremely concerned that it appeared we had made an additional charge of which you were unaware.

We have customers around the world and currently ship to 192 different countries and principalities. Sadly we have no control over or up-to-date knowledge of any additional taxes or import duties that may be charged by each customs or tax authority, which is why we do provide the following information on our website:

http://www.adorama.com/catalog.tpl?op=faq#InternationalOrders:

International Orders:

Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and brokerage fees / custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

I hope this does not diminish your enjoyment of the Sunbounce; please don't hesitate to email me directly if there is anything I can ever do to assist you with an order from Adorama Camera in the future: helen.oster@adoramacamera.com
